Till now the undergraduate syllabus was based on yearly curriculum basis. But this year the Sidho-kanho-Birsha University is introducing Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which will be of semester system meaning thereby that the examinations will take place after every six months in the three year degree course for both Honours and Regular course students. So they have to appear at six semesters in the entire span of their undergraduate course.
